If you would like to initiate a return, simply email us at info@assemblicskin.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

If you experience a skin reaction after using your Assembly Kit, we invite you to reach out to us.
We offer a free consultation with our team to help you adjust and build a new Assembly Kit better suited for your skin’s needs.
While you are always welcome to request a return and full refund within 30 days, we encourage you to take advantage of our free consultation so we can help you move forward confidently.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@assemblicskin.com with a description and photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
