Shipping policy

At Assemblic, we’re committed to getting your personalized Assembly Kits and skincare products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods and Costs:
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping is free for all Assembly Kit orders. If we introduce additional products in the future under $50, a $5 flat rate shipping fee may apply.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Locations:
At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues:
Assemblic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control once the package leaves our facility. However, if you experience a significant delay, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@assemblicskin.com and we will help investigate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
